Our client has a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Shanghai’s Premier Investment Property Group. With over US$300,000,000 in committed investments, they know what it takes to secure a sound investment and is excited to expand its property division in both Shanghai and Dubai.

We will be holding interviews to fill the position of Investment Property Adviser and request that interested candidates to immediately apply as positions are limited.

Promoting luxury developments throughout the world, you will be the face of the company, delivering an excellent standard of service to our clients. This is a fast paced, and challenging role, which will offer fantastic financial reward, plus the chance for promotion. Sales Experience particularly within Real Estate is required, and knowledge of the emerging markets is a considerable advantage. Applicants should be hardworking, ready for a challenge, and motivated. This is not a hard sell environment, and you will be expected to maintain the excellent reputation of the organization. You will NOT have to make cold calls as all of our leads are generated via our state of the art online marketing platform. With the in house capabilities to source, package and market investment property, your only job will be to focus on closing deals throughout the Asia region.

Upon completion of your one month probationary period, you will be given a work contract and working visa paid for by the company. A basic salary is not provided, but commissions are uncapped. Experienced candidates can expect at least US$100,000 in your first year. You must live in Shanghai and be able to begin employment immediately as available spaces are limited.
