Yi Café at the Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai has one of the best hotel buffets in Shanghai. What sets them apart from others around town is that they have a brigade of chefs that man 13 cooking stations, representing their cuisines to include Germany, France, China, Japan, Korea, Middle East, India, Thailand, New Zealand, Malaysia and Peru. If that wasn’t enough, they’re expanding their Sunday brunch to include tempura, sushi made à la minute and fresh sashimi at Nadaman, the hotel’s Japanese restaurant on the same floor. There will also be a live band performance in Yi Café and a supervised kids’ center.
